Alexa Cole, Principal, Trainer & Coach

Alexa is a coach, facilitator and mediator with over fifteen years of experience. She has managed teams in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors and helped hundreds of executives and mid-level managers–in companies as diverse as Kaiser Permanente, Google, Coach, and SAP gain greater confidence and connection in their business and personal lives. With a Masters Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution and advanced training in emotional-intelligence tools, effective communication, and group facilitation, Alexa employs a discerning, solution-forward approach with each of her clients. Robert Baruc, Facilitator, Mindfulness Trainer & Executive Coach

Robert has been teaching yoga and meditation for over 45 years. In 2019 he completed a two-year mindfulness meditation teacher training program, with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach, given through UC Berkley. For the last three years, Robert has been teaching mindfulness courses online and in his hometown of Litchfield, CT. After a successful 35-year career in the movie industry, he is turning his focus to his long-time passion of teaching Mindfulness. He is a founding partner of The Center for Mindful Business, where they are committed to bringing mindfulness into businesses and business to mindfulness teachers.

Sara Holloway, Facilitator, Trainer & Coach

Sara is an igniter, connector, and collaborator. With over 25 years of experience curating learning cultures that inspire individuals, teams, and organizations to excel at what they do and find joy doing it, Sara leads with a deep understanding of how to engage people in work that fulfills them while meeting the very tangible and pressing demands of business. She ignites through her innovative and relatable approach to learning and development, designing and delivering content that generates resonant sparks for individuals, teams, and organizations. Dubbed “Resource Lady” by prior colleagues, Sara is driven to connect people to tools that are accessible and relevant for their unique learning style and needs. By drawing upon her broad experience as a certified professional coach, Human Resources professional, and professional ski instructor, she collaborates with others in a way that centers their needs, builds upon their strengths, and positions them for continuous growth. Sara is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi-2.0), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), and the Lominger Leadership Architect frameworks.

Naomi Keepin, Bookkeeper

We are thrilled to have found Naomi Keepin and welcome her to our team as a part-time Bookkeeper and HR coordinator. Following professionally in her mother’s footsteps, Naomi began her bookkeeping career while still in high school. After graduating from Mills College in Oakland, California with a B.A. in Economics, Naomi specialized in accounting work for non-profits. She has continued that work with an added emphasis on small business and fiduciary accounting. A Vermont native, she has recently returned to New England to pursue the second decade of her career while remaining close to her family, her gardens, and the mountains of her home.
