Peter works with a consortium of like-minded, committed and experienced professionals.  Dedicated to helping organizations adapt to a rapidly changing world, these partnerships further support Cole Consulting’s ability to create a completely customized approach.

Peter works regularly with his Associate and VP of Client Services, Alexa Cole.

With a B.A. in Women’s Health, Alexa has worked at numerous public health non-profits in the areas of management, training and Public Affairs.   While the field of women’s health is near and dear to her heart she has shown an ever increasing interest in and affinity for organizational development and coaching and began working for us part-time in 2005 as an administrator and assistant.

Alexa is a skilled trainer and experienced facilitator.  She is trained in Fierce Conversations and is currently working on her certification as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. In addition to helping facilitate a number of trainings for Cole Consulting, she has also begun coaching line managers and team leaders, to lots of positive feedback.

Alexa is currently operating the west coast office of Cole Consulting, based out of downtown San Francisco. She also lives in the city with her loving partner, Jacob, and enjoys making jewelry, practicing Reiki (a form of energy medicine), and being in nature. Get in touch with Alexa.
